Return Period:

- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required

- We’ll arrange pickup or guide you on where to send the item
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your M-Pesa number or bank account
Non-returnable Items:
- Personal care items, perishables, and clearance items
